Hotel is clean and the staff is diligent and friendly. Room is clean and very comfortable and amenities is well prepare. Location is excellent have train. Good facilities with nice pool view and gym. Highly recommend.

Our room was very spacious, really nice organized and with a great view over the city and mountains. The bed is very comfortable. There is as well a microwave, fridge so you can have something to eat in room if you prefer so. The view from pool at floor 48 is very impressive. Ee loved it. Our stay was really pleasant and we will definitely return in the future.

After we booked the hotel we realized that swimming pool with the view is not free and every time  you get in must pay . For my case i paid twice during the day and after sunset .

Little dusty on floor and bed, need improvement. But remaining all good !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding – everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing, offering breathtaking views and a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend this place for an enjoyable and comfortable experience!

Highly recommended infinity pool is the Best at 48 floor you can enjoy the city view from top .

Location wise it is not very close to Makan places. The apartment is rather spacious and cleaning is up to the standard. Checkiin and checkout counter is quite packed and need to queue for a whole. There is a lady at the counter but she seem to be supervising the staff only and would not even lend a hand when the queue is long. The allocation of parking lot is to specific lot so even if there are empty lots at lower decks, one still need to drive up to higher deck to the designated lot.

It was a good location but very dry around the area , no activity and nothing to do, parking has to be paid

There is a place called Valentine Roti nearby that we really really liked. Good food and kind staff. Just a few minutes walk, you shortcut through the park past the river and down a back street to get there. Open till around midnight. Great roti and chicken and fresh pressed juice. Also a 7-11 same street opposite end and there’s a restaurant next door. Enjoyed feeding cats nearby. What we didn’t like was that they charge RM30 to use the pool. I was allowed out on deck to take a photo but a couple days later a different guy wouldn’t let me like just take a quick photos kind of cheapskate vibes but other than that everyone was really nice. The security guards were super nice. I would definitely stay there again just even just didn’t be near the roti place. 😇

It was right in the center of the city but everything is about money if u want to access the pool u have to pay extra 30 myr.

Everything was good, but the location is in somewhere you’ll definitely need a car to go around. But if you want McDonalds that’s nearby. And the washroom can be more clean, the water was not going to the drainage properly, and a fitting had leak issue. Other than that, experience was good.
