My fourth time staying at Sunway Putra Hotel. Everythings were too good. Starting from check-in until check-out, all went smooth. Lobby scenery looked exclusive and front desk staff was very friendly, politely on welcoming and have a good manner. Room is clean and spacious with great view of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Just head to LG1 and 2 of Sunway Putra Mall via lift, if you felt like wanna eat something.

Staff front desk friendly. Fast check in. Hotel boleh tembus ke mall. Katil selesa sgt, shower laju, view KLcC, TRX. Parking free, easy access to hotel lobby. Ada bellboy tlg bwk trolley. Sebelah dgn LRT. Affordable price with 5 star experience. Yg penting anak2 happy.

Hotel is good enough, but they don't provide comb in the room. Breakfast is good enough, and have enough varieties. Hotel is close to Putra, and PWTC station. From Airport can call Taxi via Grab app, to reach the hotel, I think is the cheapest mode. For local visit, trains can be used, and fare is cheap enough. Staffs are very helpful, especially all Nepali security people. Mr Boudhaman take this picture of us.

It was my third time here. Room were spacious! We've
been upgraded to large room which was good. Thanks to the front officer. The room
equipped with good basic toiletries. My kids enjoyed and
love to stayed here. Everything was smooth and excellent for two night stay. The staff hotel very friendly and
helpful with everything. Location wise it may not seem to
be near KL city centre. Check out time very smooth. Very happy with the stay. We like to recommended for those to stay here. Love to came here again.

The bedsheet is dirty & location a bit far to KL area. Front desk is friendly👍👍
