The soundproofing is terrible; it's especially noisy in the mornings, so it's good for early risers. The duvet and pillows weren't aired out and had a musty smell. Luckily, I brought my own spares, but even after covering them, there was still a faint odor. The first time I booked, it was very cheap, but then the price became ridiculously expensive. Once booked, you can't cancel. For hotels you haven't stayed at before, I recommend booking just one night first to see if it suits you before extending your stay.

Not bad for a budget hotel as the location is amazing, close from public transport and tourist spot, just the amenities need to be improved .

This hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazing from start to finish. So friendly and answered all my questions. The room was super clean, the facilities great and the location made it easy to get around the tourist areas. Having a 7/11 literally next door came in super handy. 10/10 would recommend, and gladly stay again. Plus the price for the quality was even better than I could have expected.

Everything went well. The hotel is in a great, strategic location. Although the room is quite small, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

It's a really good location because nearby to the Kuala lumpur library, masjid jamek, station, pasar besar, and Petronas tower. Seven eleven in the behind the hotel but I don't like because I think it's not clean enough.

For couple of days it will be okay, not to much. There was a hot water, when I were in Kingston hotel 5 , there wasn’t hot water and windows 🤦♀️

Everything is fine. What I realized. Every swing and pillows hotel is close to 7 eleven. Good for buying things. And there is a motorcycle parking in front of the hotel. Suitable for solo riders.
