We check in late n tired but the bed is very comfy and soft and the reception a malay girl very welcoming and helpful and location super convenient, 5 mins walk to Pavilion bukit jalil. We definitely will have our stay again!!

Spacious room and all staff is polite and friendly. The room is clean and baby cot is available upon request for free of charge. Engaged valet parking for RM20. Variety of breakfast choices and my kids love it so much

The building is new, the room is clean and it’s a very convenient hotel to us during the holiday peak season when you need to stay away from KL city centre. It’s only 5mins walk from the Pavillion Bukit Jalil mall. The room are spacious, toiletries and amenities are all given. The price is acceptable, 100% worth of money!!!

Great location with Pavilion Bukit Jalil just a 5–10 minute walk away. There’s a Starbucks right below the hotel, which is very convenient.

Absolutely loved this hotel! From the large, clean room to the incredibly kind staff, everything was excellent. The convenience is unbeatable，you can find everything you need within walking distance, from shopping to dining. Will definitely stay here again！

The room was slightly dusty, but overall the stay was good. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only setback was the parking arrangement — hotel parking is valet only and costs RM25 per day. Complimentary parking is available at Aurora, but it requires walking and crossing the road to reach the hotel.

Clean and big room...many restaurant and food near by...best location if you wanna shopping in Pavillion Bukit Jalil...just walking distance... Only cons is parking not so convinient..need to park at parkikg lot from opposite buiding, but is complimentary for hotel guest.
