Fantastic hotel for the price. It's not quite a 5-star by Spanish standards; more like a 4-star with a great breakfast and an excellent location.

Had our wonderful 4d3n stays here and especially thanks to Ms Iyda, Guest Manager, for her extra miles service and kind assistance. As my hub is recovering from his leg injury and I hv a special needs child to attend as well, I was looking for 2 interconnecting rooms for 4 of us. Ms Iyda recommended a Special Needs King Room which are lower feature beds and facilities easy accessible for the needy and wheelchair users. We were so impressed with the rooms. I also requested for bday deco and complimentary cakes for both me and my hub and the staff were so nice to decorate both rooms and 2 slice delicious brownies cakes. On 2nd day we had to go for a 1 day Cameron Highland tour so I told Ms Iyda that we will have to miss the hotel bfkst since we had to leave by 6.30am for the coach ride but she was so helpful to arrange for 4 sets of simple takeaway breakfasts for us. So grateful for the extra miles and had our tour journey with the delicious assorted sandwiches, pastries and orange juice. My child enjoyed her fun at free indoor playground Level 2. On our last day check out, we used the Musolla prayer room at Level 4 (no need for card access on level 2 and 4). Most touching was when Ms Iyda handed me with 4 bags of complimentary hotel souvenirs before we made a move. I also requested a pic with her and wishes all the best and much thanks to her, Ms Kila, the conceirge staff, security guards, room attendants and those who have served us during our wonderful stay. Definitely will come back here again. Hotel is also conveniently located at Bukit Bintang, near BTS, Lalaport, Lot 10 and spoilt for choices food and shopping. Busking area is nearby too. The location is superb, right next to the bustling Jalan Alor, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean and tidy, and extra towels and toiletries were provided upon request. Overall, I'm satisfied.

This summer, I brought my family to travel and booked two rooms for five nights. The hotel's location near Jalan Alor is convenient and lively, but it can be a bit noisy. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. However, the housekeeping staff left me with many baffling issues. The toilet seat had adhesive residue, which I believe was from a previous guest's disposable toilet seat cover that wasn't fully cleaned, and it was never addressed during our entire five-day stay 😑. Additionally, disposable toilet paper and facial tissues were not refilled for three days. While there was a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, it looked old, water-stained, and as if it had been wet and then air-dried. Yet, the other room received timely refills of facial tissues and toilet paper. Used towels and toothbrushes were taken away but not replaced with new ones 😑. Bottled water was sometimes refilled, and sometimes it wasn't 😑. The Wi-Fi in our room stopped connecting on the fourth day, while the other room's Wi-Fi worked fine until the day we checked out 😑. On our last night, both rooms had no hot water for showering, so we had to brace ourselves and shower with cold water.

The biggest selling point of this hotel is its location. It's just across the road from Jalan Alor Night Market, and within a 5-10 minute walk to major shopping malls like Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Lot 10. The downsides are that the bed sheets and towels in the room are too old, and the cleanliness is not up to par.

Located right next to Jalan Alor, the famous food street, it's in a bustling downtown area. Dining is super convenient. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. From the room, you can enjoy city night views and even see the Twin Towers. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but perfectly fine and not too crowded. The security guards at the entrance were very friendly and helped with our luggage. Good value for money, not expensive at all.

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, strategic location, and good facilities. The only downside was the unpleasant and unfriendly service from the receptionist named Tia. Her attitude tarnished an otherwise perfect hotel experience. Please improve the service.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the Bukit Bintang area and within walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10, and Jalan Alor, where there are plenty of food options. It was very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, a great location and a comfortable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The soundproofing is terrible; I could clearly hear the person in the connecting room coughing. It's fine for a one-night stay because the location is good, but if you're staying two nights, just be prepared. We extended our stay and informed both the front desk and the platform. Despite confirming our extended booking for the same room, the front desk kept calling incessantly. After we clearly told them over the phone that we had already extended our stay, an hour later, staff came knocking on our door again to tell us it was check-out time. Does your hotel have no internal communication whatsoever? Absolutely dreadful, just terrible.
