Crowne Plaza KUALA LUMPUR CITY CENTRE by IHG

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I have absolutely no complaints about the service or the breakfast – both are fantastic! There's an infinity pool and gym on the 33rd floor, and the bar's set meals are also quite good. Plus, it's only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the Petronas Twin Towers.

Since my English isn't great, and my kids were on holiday, we decided to visit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There were six of us – four seniors and two children – so choosing a hotel with Chinese-speaking staff was a must. That's why we booked the Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Upon arrival, I used my broken English to ask the front desk for a Chinese-speaking staff member. Hui Ting then assisted me in Chinese. Because it was peak season during the summer holidays, she and her colleagues worked tirelessly to find us the room type we requested. They ended up upgrading us to a connecting mini-suite, which perfectly met our needs. As the hotel is part of the InterContinental group, everything was excellent, especially the breakfast. There was a huge variety of dishes, and you could even see the Petronas Twin Towers while eating. The location is also fantastic, which made us incredibly happy. The infinity pool on the 33rd floor is stunning, though it's a pity you can't see the Twin Towers from there.

The hotel facilities are very new, and the room is spacious. It's super convenient, only about a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. The front desk staff can speak a little Chinese, which was a nice touch. I had a wonderful time on this trip to Malaysia!

Facilities: Excellent, truly five-star standard. The soundproofing between rooms is good, but external soundproofing is just okay. We were on the 19th floor facing a main road, and could clearly hear cars roaring by at night. The pillows were super comfortable – not too high, not too low, not too soft, not too hard. My head finally didn't slip off, haha! The shower water was nice and hot. The air conditioning was adjustable, and 24 degrees was perfectly comfortable.

The hotel is great, very clean and the service is excellent. The hygiene was very good, the environment was very good, and the service was super good. Even the bottled water was good.

The breakfast is great, definitely recommend it. As a Crown property, the overall experience was a bit average. The gym is small with limited equipment, and you can't see the Petronas Towers from the pool.

Facilities: The facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean, with daily towel and linen changes. Environment: Located near KLCC, a convenient 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is abundant, featuring jackfruit, mangosteen, and rambutan – truly a fruit lover's paradise!
