Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. There's a Smart TV you can cast your phone to. I especially appreciated the filtered water. Eco friendly and super convenient.
The hotel's location is great, with malls nearby and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right in the same building.
Special thanks to Shahrul at the Mirror restaurant for his excellent service and helpful information about Accor benefits.
I enjoyed the hotel and will definitely return!

Overall is good, room clean & good service.
In the morning hot water is not hot at all but at the night the hot water is ok.
Location is abit far to the attraction place and shopping mall. Hotel have free shuttle transport to the mall but only have 3 times per day.

Hotel is located near many big malls with plenty of shops within walking distance. Check in was efficient and fast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and great with firm beds and comfy pillows. Toilet was clean with adequate facilities. They also have a swimming pool and a watering hole upstairs. With rooms at high floors, the scenery was awesome. Parking was not an issue. Overall, an ideal place to stay and unwind.

High rooms so you can see a nice night view of the city. Abit far to walk to mrt station but they provide shuttle bus service to a few locations.

Third time here however was quite disappointed with the service as I experienced poor sound proof from a connected room. Called multiple times to the concierge to get the other party lowered down their volume.

the hotel is located perfectly to enjoy everything KL has to offer, the food, massage, cafes cannot be beat along the bottom of the facility! Great value and Great staff.
