Mercure Kuala Lumpur Trion

Stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the shower water temperature was extremely unstable, suddenly changing from freezing cold to burning hot without warning, which was a serious safety concern. The room was also very noisy due to traffic from the main road and frequent corridor noise, including guests walking past and doors opening and closing. I reported the shower issue to the front desk at around 10am on the second day and was informed that a technician would inspect it. However, nobody came before I checked out. Disappointed with both the maintenance issue and the lack of follow-up from the hotel.

The trip was fine overall, but the hotel had two cockroaches. We asked the receptionist to have the room cleaned, yet the next day there were still cockroaches in the toilet and even a dead one in the room.

It's a nice and clean hotel. Stunning view from the Skydeck at night which you can view the KLCC, KL tower and TRX from the Skydeck and swimming pool area. There are restaurants nearby with short walk. The downside is there is no free parking for hotel guess.

Very clean and well located hotel. There are a few restaurants at G level, from Chinese to Arab and to 24 hour convi shop. Gym can be better as there are only treadmill.

Very near to city centre and hotel provided free shuttle service to the city centre

2nd time came back to this hotel . Still maintain the cleanliness & service . Definitely will come back again soon .

Friendly and helpful staff. Great service and location , since we mention that the air conditioner is not functioning well the staff help us to change a room immediately

Great view from high level. Near to Sunway Velocity Mall (8mins drive). Has a lot of good food at it surrounding.
