Very annoying and inconvenient customer service. I told them that I couldn't check in because of flooding at my place (Kelantan) and I asked for a refund, but they refused. I don't mind if they want to refuse but I asked to change the date and they couldn't either, and my money just flew away. It's inhumane and there is no good discretion. I will never use this kind of service again and I hope that guests who want to stay here will think about it for a moment. Bad service 👎🏻

Everything is great but the location to the train station is quite far but you can reach it with online car like Grab but better take direct to the KLCC instead to Jelatek station cause it’s cheaper. The room also great so clean and the view is very nice. So satisfying

The unit very nice clean and modern on a high flor this time. This are the best unit i ever stayed here hopefully next time my booking can get this unit again. Dear perfect host please give me this unit next time😁😁❤️

Huge apartment with nice view. All amenities. Commerces close by. Just a bit far from the center, but easily accessible using Grab

VERY NICE HOMESTAY I GOT 2BEDROOM 1LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN JUST WITH RM150 GUYZ, THE VIEW FROM MY ROOM ARE SO BEAUTIFUL 😍. Worth it 😍😍😍

The place is located 10 minutes walk from the nearest LRT station. The room is spacious for a deluxe and has a good city view however, the wifi in my room is not working and there is no free water for a three night stay. There is also no cleaning service in regular. But my room is clean and enough for two people. The elevator though is taking too long to wait because of multiple floors and multiple guests. The roof top has a nice view of the city during night time
