The room was clean and the infinity pool was great! It was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It's a straight walk to the Petronas Towers, so the location is super convenient. Try to check in early if you can.

Short version: - Super location for city trips (600m to Petronas Towers) - Sensational rooftop pool - Great city views also from the apartments (if booked) - Fast service Domero (towels / toilet paper) Challenges: - Cold water when showering (despite complaint) - Partially in need of repair (balcony door / shower drain) - Only 2-3 elevators for 51 floors / approx. 400 units / > 1,000 people? > Long waiting times! (Note: Maintenance announced for 1 day - which is fine, but why were 1 or 2 elevators out of order for up to 4 days???) Conclusion: I would book again due to the location, the rooftop pool, and the good value for money…

Facilities: Fully equipped with a bathtub and balcony, and the rooftop pool water is clean. Cleanliness: Very good. I saw some reviews saying it wasn't clean, but the room was actually quite spotless. Environment: The location is also great; it's not far to walk to the Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang. Service: A 300 MYR deposit was required, which we paid with 500 RMB. The deposit was refunded quickly, and it was also very convenient to call a taxi from the hotel.

Good stay with a great view from the 21st floor, excellent service, and free waste disposal. The elevator was fast, and free parking was available. The only downsides were the worn-out furniture and some non-functional light bulbs in the apartment. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, and I apologize for any inconvenience.
