Self check-in was quite convenient. The room's value for money was average; it was very small but cleanliness was good, and having a washing machine was a big plus. The room was on the second floor of a loft, with a suite on the first floor. The WiFi signal in the second-floor room was extremely poor. If you need good internet speed, it's best to communicate that in advance. Other than that, everything else was pretty good, and online communication was very convenient. The deposit refund was also quick, usually processed on the same day as check-out.

Our flight landed at a little past 5 AM, and we arrived at the hotel around 7 AM. At first, there was no one at the front desk. We wanted to get a room early to rest. We contacted the back office, and the hotel responded that check-in was not until 3 PM. Later, an older lady came. We explained our situation to her, telling her we were so exhausted that we wanted to cancel the booking. The lady agreed, so we went and booked another hotel. However, the hotel later reneged and refused to refund our money. We didn't even see the room, didn't stay for a minute, and wasted four hours waiting there for nothing. This is outrageous. Everyone, please don't book this hotel in advance; it's a complete rip-off.

King of value for money, this place is simply amazing! For this price, you get a view of the Petronas Towers right from your window. The rooftop infinity pool offers panoramic views of the Petronas Towers, KL Tower, and KLCC, with all the beautiful scenery laid out before you. Super worth it! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

If you check in normally, you won't see any staff. After paying the deposit, customer service sends you a code, and you pick up the key yourself from a locker. The room is decent and has a hairdryer. You can use Chinese chargers directly. The bed is very soft. There's a swimming pool on the 35th floor with a view of the Twin Towers. It's 150 a day, so overall, it's excellent value. The 300 deposit was returned to me the evening I checked out. Very good value for money. There are durian vendors downstairs at night, but they're a bit pricey.
