Located in the Aurora Tower across the street from the Petronas Twin Towers. No meals provided. The room had a floor damaged by damp. Saw a couple of cockroaches.

Very much in accordance with the photos, complete room facilities, clean and fragrant room. But the check-in time is really tight, at 3pm and there is no place to leave luggage and belongings before checking in and after checking out.

The location is excellent, but the basic facilities in the room need to be improved. On the first night of my stay, I didn't know where the problem was. The machine made a sharp sound all night long, and it stopped during the day. Fortunately, there was a reply the next morning. How to solve the noise? Otherwise, it will be noisy all night, but it will start again and again. The next day, the water heater was replaced and there was no hot water, but this time there was no response to the solution. Fortunately, I only stayed for 2 nights.
