5 star but don’t expect 5 star service. hardware is good and sufficient enough but software needs to improve especially the service. ac was not great too, had to change room that’s a whole other ordeal. not a good stay tbh but oh wells

Location not bad! Walk about 10min to pavillion! Room clean. But aircon not cold! Pool feel got sand also!

Although the hotel managed to change rooms for us on the third day, after having two cold showers nights. It would be better if there's hot water in the master room in the first place. After all, the room scenery is quite impressive.

Had a pretty great stay, absolutely love the private pool in the room! Petrina was also super helpful in getting us the room earlier, appreciate it! Great location as well, ＜10mins walk to pavilion! However, just a couple of points to take note: 1) Although it’s stated that it’s newly opened in 2024, it however doesn’t seem very well-maintained. 2) Although we activate the do not disturb, our room was still cleaned and entered when we are not around. 3) Deposit needed is on the higher side, RM800 when I stayed for 2 nights. Just be prepared if you do not have CC and need to use cash.

Family trip during Syawal. Everything was ok. Except my minibar was not refilled on the spot. Had to call 5 times to get it refilled. The pool was right in front of a newly developed construction. No privacy.

The cleanliness of the hotel is quite good ! The basic is good 👍 Just some humans littering makes the hotel looks normal Location is good ! Can go to Klcc, Kl tower by walk The worst thing of the hotel is their service… Honestly, the service does not looks like a 5-star hotel service. Their rough attitude and service makes us have a bad experience here…. Some bad service from Sky Bar, Room Service and Pool. Overall, it is really not look like a 5-Star Hotel… Please improve 🙏

This amazing hotel checked all the boxes!! I truly enjoyed my stay at Imperial Lexis. I have been to KL countless times and this one gave me another level of experience of the KL city view. Kudos to the service team, they are really a friendly and helpful bunch and took in all my request and even allow me for early check in. The hotel room quality exceeded my expectation and easily match many of the top international hotels. The location and view of the hotel room is unbeatable and breathtaking. The whole KLCC skyline is visible from my hotel rooms. Honestly, I am already planning for my next stay at this hotel. Great job team Lexis 👍❤️

There is no instruction on how to use the in-room telephone and so we accidentally and unknowingly dialed an international number. We only realised this when we checked out and was told to pay for that call although it wasn’t even connected. The bill isn’t even expensive (MYR$6.50 only), but the hotel insisted us to pay for it even after a request of waiver. For the room, unfortunately, water from the pool leaked into the bedroom on the second day and we had to switch room. We had to pack up again after we just unpacked. The aircon control is also horrible. Low fan speed is still high. Aircon is always cold regardless of temperature. Other than the above experience, we love the room, its indoor private pool and the good location. The Sky Deck is beautiful too.

Had a wonderful 3D2N stay in at Imperial Lexis KL! Location was good, just beside KLCC and Pavilion. Whole hotel looked new and nice. Rooms were new and really clean. We stayed in a wonderful 2 bedroom suite which was lovely. View from our room was also wonderful. Breakfast had a really huge spread. Rooftop pool had a wonderful view. Overall very satisfied, only small thing was that there was no hand soap in our rooms. Otherwise would love to come back for another stay in the future!

Such a pleasant warm friendly welcome that truly made us feel so vip! Readily to help to make our stay very pleasant. I got the promo voucher with free upgrade to panorama pool suite & late check-out. The breakfast spread was wide & delicious. Had a memorable experience at the sky deck, gym & spa too. Great short retreat.
