The residence was nice, the room was clean and spacious and very well equipped. My only issue is that our room - which was an Executive 2 Bedroom Suite - was located right next to the storage area of housekeeping. As a result it was noisy, full of parked housekeeping carts and there were men who I assume were cleaners always hanging out right outside our unit, sitting on the floors. While nothing untoward happened, it was a bit concerning for three women traveling alone. I did mention this management and they said the people were from a different management company. If you ever book this hotel please avoid room 4002.

This is my third trip to Kuala Lumpur, and each time, whether I'm traveling solo, with family, or with friends, I've chosen this hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the location is excellent. Everyone has always been very satisfied, leading to one perfect vacation after another! Part of my fondness for Kuala Lumpur definitely comes from this hotel. Next time I visit, I'll absolutely choose to stay here again!

Good location and view. However the down point is advertise as 2 room but instead is 2 room partitioned out from 1. Only with 1 toilet is the down side of the room.

Clean, modern, and comfortable stay. Room looks just like the photos, and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient with plenty of food and transport nearby. Would happily stay here again!

Stayed two nights for business and it was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, with easy climate control, and good soundproof. The service was also excellent.

The front desk very helpful, I smoking in the room have to pay and I deal with front desk there are very nice and helpful front desk. We will not smoking in the room again, the staff front desk was very nice and can deal with them. The room was very nice and clean I stay here with my family we enjoy stay here. We have booked another room again because we like to stay here. Very nice hotel!!🥰🥰 I will repeat stay here many time!! 💖💖
