Convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Towers. The facilities are complete and the environment is nice.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Twin Towers, and very close to Suria KLCC and Pavilion shopping mall. Getting around by taxi is also very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view. It was well-equipped, and having a washer-dryer combo was super practical for a trip. The biggest surprise was the infinity pool on the rooftop with an amazing view of the Twin Towers – the night view at dusk was perfect for photos. There's also a gym available for use.

The house is very comfortable and clean, and the bedding is especially cozy. I'm quite picky about where I stay, and overall, I had a great experience, especially with the super comfortable bed and duvet.

They even added us on WeChat to provide detailed information. It was convenient to get anywhere, and there were many restaurants nearby.

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! It's super popular, so I couldn't book a twin room and ended up getting a king-size bed each with my friend. The location is incredible – just a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. There are convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs, making getting around and eating so easy. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable to stay in. The infinity pool on the 47th-floor rooftop offers amazing views and is perfect for photos. The butler was also very responsive and easy to communicate with; they even accommodated our request for an extra blanket. There's a nice common lounge on the 46th floor. Outside, there's a Starbucks, great for an early morning coffee, and other coffee shops and bubble tea places. Right next to the Petronas Towers is a huge mall with everything you could possibly need, and the basement level has plenty of food and drink options. What I particularly loved was that the washing machine in the room had a built-in dryer. Plus, this hotel doesn't require a deposit. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and the hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Petronas Towers. The hotel has great facilities and a nice view. Check-in was quick, and check-out was very easy and convenient. The customer service was enthusiastic and attentive, resolving issues promptly. I will definitely stay at the Scarletz Hotel Kuala Lumpur again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Overall, the room was satisfactory. The location is convenient for getting around, and it's a short walk to the Petronas Towers. There's a restaurant downstairs, and the night view from the upstairs pool is beautiful.
