It is the ideal location for families, couples, or friends to visit Kuala Lumpur. Close to Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, it is also very convenient for business travelers. The neighborhood is amazing. The apartment is located in the heart of the city center of Kuala Lumpur! Convenient store, restaurant, local street food, bars and shopping mall, aquarium are at walking distance (around 5 to 10 minutes). The location is perfect to visit Kuala Lumpur. It will take you around 5 minutes to reach Suria KLCC "Petronas Towers" and all the shopping malls, while Aquaria KLCC is only 500 meters from the property. Finally, a 7/11 convenient store open 24hour per day is located just downstairs.

The unit smells like cigar. My kids are complaining about the smell. Linens and towels are also smelly.

Contacted the host based on the information sent by Ctrip via email. The email was not returned and WeChat could not be added. The process of this kind of apartment hotel was basically the same during the entire Malay trip. In the end, we had to contact Ctrip again.
The location of the hotel is very good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Twin Towers. There is a 711 downstairs. The room was pretty good. The only thing I complained about was the deposit. We asked for the deposit on WeChat an hour after we checked out. They said we would pay it later. When we checked out, the housekeeper was at the door. I went in to check it for five minutes but it didn't work. Why did it keep If you delay and refuse to give, you have to find Ctrip customer service to coordinate in the end. The most annoying thing is chasing others to ask for things. We have to fly away, and there is nothing wrong with urging us to get our money back.
