The hotel are nice to stay . The swimming pool of hotel is really nice . But the customer service I want to give 2 stars .

The instructions of check in is not provided before check in. Upon reaching notice there are 2 building and no idea which is the one. End up contact with trip.com as there is no local number to check with. Very disappointing, as wasting for long to get in touch to the right counter to check in. Room is big, but need to look into the cleanness as the tiles is sticky. Even in the washroom.is slippery One more thing, pls ensure you bring the cash as the RM200.00 deposit only accept cash, no.others payment mode. The good part is, there is water dispenser in the room.

It was quite comfortable. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers from the swimming pool on the 51st floor. Because our schedule was tight, we returned to the hotel after 10 o'clock and the swimming pool was closed at 10 o'clock, so we didn't take pictures of the night view. However, I found small ants in the toilet. There was no problem with everything else.
