The room was clean, the staff was kind, and everything was perfect. There is also a convenient store downstairs, highly recommended.

Check in very smooth cause they have a lobby & a receptionist. And the good part is they even open for 24hours. The front desk staff very friendly and very helpful. The studio unit is very comfortable for me & my husband. Will definitely recommend Ayatt Bukit Bintang to our friends!!!

Great for families with kids and seniors. The room was bright and clean, and having a kitchen was a big plus. Very convenient for government business trips.

It was pretty standard. That whole area has a lot of these serviced apartments, and this one was one of the few that offered luggage storage, which was a big plus. The kitchen was well-equipped, so you could cook, and they provided drinking water, towels, and toothbrushes. However, it seems free late check-out isn't an option.

We checked in the room late at around 10pm, there was receptionist at front desk so check-in progress was smooth. Request parking inside and will provide RFID sticker for car entry, work at designated car park lot. A small cockroach was trying to flee from the kitchenette area. Bathroom did not have the body shampoo refilled No hand wash liquid was provided. Skin felt itchy as we started to lying down on the bed after bath, bed sheet was a bit dusty. There's no hanger provided but only a empty cabinet.

The room was spacious and very clean, with all the necessary facilities. The front desk staff were excellent. There were no strange odors in the room, the bed was very comfortable, and the wardrobe was large. The Wi-Fi was also fast.

It's a bit more expensive to book here, but it's totally worth it. I'd stayed in this same complex before, booked with a different management company, and was really disappointed – so much so that I didn't even bother writing a review. But here, everything is perfect: there's a front desk, everything is quick, unlike last time when I had to wait ages for the manager to show up with the keys. Overall, I'm happy and grateful. Even if it costs a bit more, it's more peaceful and pleasant.

This hotel is located in Bukit Bintang, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. On the 10th floor, they have a spacious and beautiful swimming pool, a great gym, and billiards. The front desk also has Mandarin-speaking staff who are warm and friendly. Although they recently started charging for luggage storage, they honored their promise from when we booked (in March) that luggage storage would be free. This allowed us to enjoy a relaxing one-night stay at Genting before returning to check in. Our three-bedroom apartment with a living room was very comfortable, with a kitchen and a washing machine, so it was fully equipped.

Ayatt Bukit Bintang – Great Location, But the Experience Needs Improvement The location and price were reasonable, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay made the overall experience disappointing. Upon arrival, we entered the parking using Touch ’n Go and parked at the visitor parking area. After parking, there was no clear signage directing us to the reception. Since the property has multiple blocks and the layout is quite confusing, we had to ask the security guard for directions. During check-in, we were required to pay a RM300 cash security deposit, which was expected. However, everyone staying in the unit also had to present their IC/passport. We are unsure if this is standard policy, but it was an additional step we did not anticipate. After checking in, we were informed that we had to move our car from the visitor parking to our allocated parking bay. This meant exiting and re-entering the parking, resulting in another Touch ’n Go parking charge. While it was only a small amount, it would have been more convenient if guests had been informed before parking. Finding the allocated parking space was another challenge. The parking lot numbering on Level 7 was unclear and inconsistent. Some parking numbers were displayed on the wall, while others were only marked on the floor with faded paint, making them difficult to locate. We spent quite some time searching for the correct parking bay. When we finally entered the unit, we immediately noticed a strong cigarette smell. Ironically, during check-in, the receptionist had informed us that deposits could be forfeited if the room smelled of cigarettes, durian, pets, and similar odors. Since the room already smelled of smoke upon arrival, we contacted reception immediately to ensure it was documented so that our deposit would not be affected. The check-out process was also frustrating. We were told to wait 15 minutes while housekeeping inspected the room. After waiting nearly 20 minutes with no update, we asked again and discovered that the room had not even been checked yet. Fortunately, another staff member simply instructed the receptionist to refund our deposit, but the process felt disorganized and unnecessary. Overall, the apartment itself and the location are good value for money, but the guest experience could be greatly improved with: * Clearer directions to reception. * Better communication about parking procedures before arrival. * More visible and consistent parking lot numbering. * Better housekeeping to ensure smoke-free rooms. * A more efficient and organized check-in/check-out process. With improvements in these areas, the stay would be much more enjoyable.
