Agile Bukit Bintang TRX by QC(KLCC Pavilion)

I was stranded here for a night during a typhoon. The room was very spacious, big enough for four people, and on a high floor. There are plenty of food options downstairs, and it's not far from the shopping center, within walking distance. Pretty good!

Not bad. The location is very convenient, about a 5-minute walk to TRX. There's an observation deck on the top floor which is nice to check out, with a bar and such. There's also a convenience store downstairs.

The facilities are complete and well-equipped, and having two bathrooms is very convenient. It's clean and hygienic, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, the location is superb! You can easily walk to Pavilion and TRX, and there are tons of eateries and restaurants nearby. Five-star rating!

I really loved the apartment; it felt like having a home in a new city. The amenities like the fridge and washing machine were especially great and made our family trip so much better. Plus, it's conveniently located near Pavilion and Bukit Bintang, making it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping.

The room was clean and the facilities were new. The person who assisted us spoke Chinese and was very helpful, answering all our questions. The room was spacious, perfect for a family with children. There's a convenience store downstairs, highly recommend it!

This is my second stay here, and the service is absolutely fantastic. The room was very clean. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Had a wonderful time in Kuala Lumpur! This hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious and fully equipped. You need a key card to enter the apartment building, and with security on site, it felt very safe. There's a convenience store right downstairs and a McDonald's nearby. Plus, it's really close to Pavilion and TRX.

1. Convenient location, but everything else was terrible. We stayed in Building B1, Room 1112. 2. Management was very poor, and service was practically nonexistent. We stayed for four days, and no one cleaned our room. We were even asked to take out our own trash. 3. The bathroom had a terrible odor. I don't understand why they would offer this room to guests. If our itinerary hadn't been so packed, we definitely would have moved to another hotel. 4. There were no bath towels initially. I had to call to get them, and when they arrived, they were old and yellowish, so we didn't dare use them and had to buy our own. The electric kettle didn't have a suitable plug to heat water. I asked customer service to bring one, and they brought three broken ones that didn't work. I ended up buying one online myself. The TV remote had no batteries, and the TV itself wasn't functional; customer service eventually told us it was just for decoration. 5. The washing machine was incredibly noisy, sounding like a plane taking off. Overall, it was just terrible.

I deliberated for a long time over where to stay in Kuala Lumpur this time, and finally settled on Arcoris Residences. The room was spacious enough, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. To the left of the hotel is Pavilion, and to the right is TRX, plus it's very close to the subway. I'm quite particular about cleanliness, and I couldn't tell if the sheets had been changed, so I used a disposable sheet. If you're concerned about that too, it's something to keep in mind. Overall, it was still a decent stay.
