This is a newly opened hotel where I stayed for two nights and it was quite comfortable. They have a designated spot for food deliveries, which is convenient. The room was very spacious, and the decor was new. The location is a bit far out, about a 15-minute taxi ride to the city center, but on the upside, it's away from the congested areas. The swimming pool is a bit small; I only visited the one on the fifth floor. The front desk staff on the top floor didn't mention it, so I'm not sure if there's another one available. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and everything was fresh. You can get latte art with your coffee and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, which was a nice touch. I had an early flight, so they provided a breakfast to-go service. Instead of just packing bread as I requested, they packed a full Western set, which was the only slight imperfection. A small suggestion: it would be even better for Chinese travelers if they added some chili sauce to the noodle station at breakfast.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. All the staff were excellent and very polite, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely come back just for their breakfast! The breakfast staff explained the different dishes, and their desserts, Indian food, and Malaysian food were all superb. The pool area was very comfortable. The only slight drawback was the construction site opposite, which marred the view a bit. Both the room and the pool offer views of the Petronas Twin Towers in the distance. I look forward to staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Good service provided by Hyatt although some misunderstanding occurred. I only know it after i filed complaint, the person in charge respond promptly to address the front desk issue. Upon check in, i was been offered to Residence room but i booked hotel room which been claimed fully booked. Front desk did not explain much on the so called upgrade which i initially felt it was a downgrade, thus i seek clarification from Residence front desk and she helped me to check in to hotel which i booked. After i filed complaint only Hyatt provide full explanation on the so called upgrade which i fully understand but anyway i just wanted to seek a clear explanation. Nvr did i know Hyatt provide a further compensation to allow late check up till 3pm and food credit of Rm200. Anyway i did not fully utilise all coz i on my schedule to check out at 12pm.. A thumbs up for such service and respond. I will come back to Hyatt hotel in kl for my stay. Good and fast response from Hyatt stuff. Their morning breakfast from Regency is not bad although lack of varieties if compared to Grand Hyatt

Had a lovely weekend staycation at Hyatt Regency Midtown KL. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a modern and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

I love the excellent breakfast with its custom juices, real peanut butter, cheese, coffee. The bed is super comfortable, easily best sleep. Room is spacious.

Right next to the Convention Center, very convenient for business needs, and not far from KL. The highlight is the excellent service and well-equipped facilities. It would be even better if there was always a Chinese-speaking front desk available! On a side note, the breakfast was fantastic, and the front office manager was constantly asking for guests' feedback, very professional!
