Overall, my stay was pleasant. I stayed here for 3 nights for my Navy Run event and to spend time with my family. The price was very reasonable for a 3-night stay, making it a great value for the location.
Although there was a power disruption during my stay, I understand that these things can happen. I do hope the hotel will check the facilities provided for guests in the future. The water dispenser outside the room was not functioning, and the water heater in my room also wasn’t working properly.
The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and Jalan Alor, with plenty of convenience stores nearby, including 24-hour KK Mart and 7-Eleven.
One thing to note: I would recommend bringing your own toiletries, as the hotel only provides body wash. If you need shampoo, conditioner, a toothbrush, or other personal care items, it’s best to bring your own
If you’re a traveller who spends most of your time exploring the city and just needs a comfortable place to rest at the end of the day, this is a good choice. Overall, it’s a strategic location with good value for money. I’d consider staying here again if the facility issues are addressed.
