My worst hotel customer service experience ever with Indian girl receptionist. She talk too much with her annoying voice.

Bad experience that's only I can say. The room is to small and too like a prison. I don't know who's design our room very show their low intelligence.

It's very nice hotel and I will book again this hotel for my second travel in malaysia (hopefully 🙏🙏🙏)

The location is quite good and walking distance to downtown

booked this place for others but from what i heard, the location is convenient as it walkable to few hotspots such as petaling street and chinatown. around the hotel also got few restaurants that open up to past midnight. the hotel itself is clean just facilities provided should be upgrade. breakfast buffet was bearable, just don't expect too much out of it as you get what you paid for. overall, i would say this hotel is okay for a short stay that offers affordable place with basic comfort.

From Sandpiper Hotel to new Sakura Elite Hotel .. what amused me was the renovations were only at the Lobby Area ? hmm tho upon checking in.. the room is still the old like the old slumps of Sandpiper, huge odour coming from the hallway Vents, Bedsheets were old and dusty prepare to get bitten by mites even the Towels were dirty.. sigh for a budget convenience this might suit for booking but if y'all searching for non-ghetto Location i recommend not to take this Hotel .. literally smacked in the middle of Jalan Pudu Lama gonna hurt ur soul walking at night plus will take alot of time to walk over Metro Stations - nearest Plaza Rakyat (3rd nearest Pasar Seni, 2nd nearest Masjid Jamek)

The room is nice the lobby is nice too smells good. Convenient to tourist spot very affordable

Room floor quite dirty. Never supply towels one of the days. Upon my check in never gave me a room with windows when I paid up during my booking. I have to make my trip down to the reception again

Good location, handy for public transport and walkable to a lot of attractions. Room was clean and had everything you need.

Hotel was good. Of course, it is not such a luxurious place but worthy for the price. And the location is good.

The service is whats best about this place. I found the rooms to be subpar in comparison to the surrounding competition.

Good location for travellers. Queen room is just ok, limited space for budget hotel. Car park is not available, need to find outside car park. Overall is okay.
