Armani Residence and Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Checked in too late; the room wasn't ready until 8 PM. By 8:30, the pool was already closed... The room itself was spacious, a nice one-bedroom apartment.

The room is very spacious, and it was renovated 2 years ago. The infinity pool on the 39th floor offers views of the Petronas Towers. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future. Cleanliness: Clean Facilities: Very new Environment: Good Service: Good

The front desk's check-in speed was incredibly slow, and the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like they looked down on guests. The new hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell of glue, and there was even uncured glue visible. The room I was assigned was right next to eight air conditioning units, which made a huge amount of noise. Thankfully, I was able to get it sorted out through Trip.com. While waiting to check in, I saw a woman come down saying she found someone already in her room – they had assigned two different parties to the same room! Luckily, nothing serious happened.

I booked two connecting rooms, which were essentially two separate apartments combined. They were fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and induction hob, all of which were brand new and very clean. The price was fantastic, incredibly good value for money, especially considering it's one of the cheapest apartment hotels with an infinity pool overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers. The only minor drawback was that check-in at the front desk was a bit slow, and they even got the room access code wrong once. They could definitely improve their professionalism, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Check-in was a breeze; I didn't experience any communication issues like some other guests. The only minor downsides were the slow elevators and the rooftop pool closing too early. The room itself was lovely, though the AC blowing directly onto the bed at night was a bit uncomfortable. Having a water dispenser, washing machine, fridge, and kitchen was incredibly convenient for our family trip. We'd definitely come back again.

Absolutely amazing! I loved my stay here. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. They have everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even a water dispenser. It was so convenient, truly fantastic! 😭
