The location is good for city sigh seeing. Easy check in with a friendly and helpful assistant. The room is comfortable with all necessary facilities.. i like their swimming pool, not full of tourist so can enjoy a leisure time.

I come to KL from Penang every 3 months for a hospital check up & always stay here. Make sure you book One Bukit Ceylon by Roomy as there are many different hosts. What I love about this place is the great service by the hosts. They are so lovely & always willing to help. The room has everything you need, comfortable large bed, plenty of storage room, full kitchenette & shower. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. You can walk everywhere to the best food choices, & more. I highly recommend this hotel by Roomy & will be back again soon.

My initial accommodation experience was simply terrible. Since I had come for medical treatment, I didn't have time to look for another hotel. Yryl helped me with my accommodation and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay—I am endlessly grateful to her for that. Eryl will always come to the rescue. 🙏♥️🙏 A stunning view.
