5/5PerfectBooked the room with breakfast and dinner package for my birthday treat 🥰 Surprisingly the dinner buffet was superb & variety. All foods are undeniably delicious. And the manager Mr Sanjai treated me slice of cake & sing along birthday song with the crews. The room are super spacious and my kids really enjoy the view 😍 Breakfast buffet is also superb. One of the best nasi lemak served and there’s sambal kerang 👍🏻 Nothing to complain…it’s just a beautiful staycation experience ❤️ Thank you Hilton!

Haven't found the right property yet?
My partner book this for my birthday and had written in separately to the reservation agent to request for early check in as my partner had a surprise for me else where and wanted us to have a change or clothing. Instead, she did not accede to the request and then offered a birthday surprise package at 130++ RM, which was not my partner's intent. In the end we did not check in earlier. However, what surprise us even more is this - the tv could not work for 4 hrs. I called the service staff and she told me that it was due to bad weather. The next day, i asked for cutleries, and it took them almost an hour, and after 3 calls to the service counter to get then delivered. The only good thing was that they did ask us for feedback on their services which I have surfaced the above experiences to them. They then did a service recovery by offering a cakes and chocolate (i did not ask for it). That said, I am astonished by how a big chain can fall short on the service and amenities (i paid for a room which i had stayed in to avoid the rain, and wanted to watch tv with it but it was not functioning due to the rain, was a joke). I have been to other smaller chains/hotel to celebrate my birthday, this has to be the worst. Other hotel's reception even paid attention to details by wishing me happy birthday after seeing my passport (without us prompting them). The only saving grace for this stay is that the room is big and spacious though there are red wine stains at several locations.
