Pleasant stay at over at Novotel, would definitely stay again.
Room was well furnished, clean, elegant looking. Everything was working as expected. Loved that every room also has filtered water, instead of having bottled water provided. Air conditioning was responsive tho a little loud, but not a huge deal for me. Soundproofing of the room was great, don’t hear any noise coming from neighbouring rooms, other than the people when they walk past the rooms, but pretty muted.
Service is great. From reception, to concierge, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to room service. Always smiling, greeting, offering assistance.
Gym and pool were always clean and well maintained. Lobby was also pleasant and always smelled nice, definitely adds to the experience.

Nice hotel near Pavillion. Hope there will be covered walk way to the conx bridge.
Breakfast was nice too and the staff also friendly.
Will stay again when we go to KL next year.
Also will recommend friends and family members.

Room size just normal, hotel location is right at the kl central, very near to klcc n just right opposite of pavillion.

Love the location- just across from Pavilion and easy to get to KLCC. Room is spacious and really clean. Love the toiletries they provided. Excellent service from all the staff - from front desk, concierge to security. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Our room door was able to to be opened with a hard knock. Whenever we left the room, all our valuable were locked up.
The room amenities could be better, loose wall hook, tv signal was spotty, coffee machine dirty and door didn't have a door bell.
In room dining food was excellent and staff attentive. Gym was sparse but decent. The water filter in the toilet meant we didn't need to buy mineral water. Executive lounge staff were very attentive and food yummy. The breakfast buffet had very little variety but good enough.
Located near pavilion but the walkway not sheltered. Nearest monorail Raja Chulan, avoid alighting at Bukit Bintang, long walk!

Room and toilet are spacious and has all the basic amenities. Cleanliness of the room can be improved. Saw tiny live bug at the bedside table underneath the glass and also watermarks that are not cleaned of from one of the table. One of the towel given also had black foot prints on it, and bedsheets also has some stains. Room aircon needs to be turned to 19°C to feel cold air and it's also quite loud. Kept smelling cigarettes smoke in my room (1211), not sure if it's due to people smoking in the emergency exit, which the room I was in was right beside. Buffet breakfast is decent, nothing fancy but still has a bit of variety. Staff were all very approachable and nice. Overall a not bad stay for a short trip.
