The best ever hotel I stayed in all my trips to KL!! The service offering is top notch and always the best than the rest… Every single staff member at the hotel has a warm big smile whenever they met you and came across as very approachable. They were always pleased to assist. The food I had in the premium lounge was amazing but the staff out there made my experience even more worthwhile. They made me look forward to the evenings to go spend time in the premium lounge… The cleanliness was outstanding at this hotel and the best part was the air conditioning which made me want to stay in the room at all times to escape from the infamous KL humidity … I for sure will definitely come back here !!

Checked in on a Thursday night around 11pm-12am. Requested for my MIL and my room to be on the same floor. But it was not available due to full occupancy for the night.
Made empty promises that they will notify us when there is any chance for them to be on the same level.
Room given was decent, but there was no good view despite sharing that it was for my anniversary celebration with my wife. Cake was given as it was appreciated.
I have attached the photo view of my MIL room for the good view. If you didn’t get this view, your room is not the best.

Family staycation at downtown of KLCC with very convenient location and suitable with kid where can play with the pool facilities. Overall good escape.

This time i stay I heard a Sound like someone close the door multiple of time. Seem the room can’t keep the sound at all. I can’t sleep properly because of the sound. So I don’t know it is happening only that room or not. I always come to KL for my business trip only one reason I stay is location for the rest is just normal.

1st room given .the tv screen got issues.but the staff was good change room for me 2nd room is ok but their aircon set to lowest still got loud sound .need to set to auto then quiet.not sure its a cost cutting thing or what corridor why no aircon ? their hotel breakfast was not great.not much variety.why free seating ? all guest were clueless to sit where ,by accident i sat at an occupied table.quite bad management the breakfast .not much seating area. coffee not nice.

Staying here for 3 nights. Location is very near to Pavilion & Suria KLCC (walking ~10 mins) via the connecting bridge & it's quite safe. Checkin is quite fast, staff is friendly. Food during breakfast buffet is great❤️ Definitely will stay here again if planning to stroll around KL☺️
