Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre

I had an incredibly satisfying stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making getting around super convenient. Most major city attractions are accessible within 25 minutes, whether you're walking, taking public transport like the subway, or grabbing a taxi. Right across the street is a large shopping mall, just a three to four-minute walk away, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, making shopping and finding food incredibly easy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and warm. I especially want to commend an Indian bellhop; my phone had died, and he proactively helped me take it to the front desk for charging, which was a lifesaver and made me feel so cared for. When I accidentally fell and hurt my leg while out shopping, the hotel staff were very concerned upon my return, actively asking if I needed disinfectant for the wound. Their attention to detail in service was truly excellent. The 12 PM check-out time is very reasonable, allowing plenty of time to pack without feeling rushed. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a water purifier, so you could drink directly from it, which was very practical. The only minor drawback was that the bed size was a bit small. Communication during check-in was primarily in English; there was only one staff member at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and they weren't always on duty. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I will definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Great location, about a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. It's clean and comfortable, with two 7-Eleven stores nearby and a durian shop right across the street. Felt very safe.

Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion Mall. The environment is comfortable, and the pool and gym are well-equipped. Excellent location, right next to the shopping district. The facilities are comprehensive, and the pool and gym experience exceeded expectations. Super convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel environment is elegant, and the fitness and swimming facilities are fantastic.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to the Petronas Towers and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The infinity pool on the top floor offers stunning city views. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including local specialties, and the front desk service is attentive, with Chinese-speaking staff available. The overall facilities are new and well-maintained, perfect for both travel and extended stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur.

The location is excellent. Turn left out of the hotel, cross the road and take the overhead bridge, and you're at Pavilion. Turn right, and it's a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers.

The hotel is super conveniently located, just around the corner from a large shopping mall with tons of dining options! The room was clean, hygienic, comfortable, and spacious. The front desk staff member who checked me in was super nice; even though he didn't speak Chinese, he was very patient in communicating. Thumbs up!

The location is great, you can walk to the Petronas Towers, and there's a convenient store downstairs. Pavilion Mall is just a few minutes away. The breakfast was just okay. Some dishes were served in heavy clay pots with really heavy lids. And things like cereal were in glass jars with lids that were hard to open. The fruit counter was also quite high. All of this was really inconvenient for kids. The shower stall was also pretty narrow, just like the hotel I stayed at in Penang.
