Reviews of Raintree Hotel

The hotel is in a great location, a lot of restaurants around. However, the soundproofing is poor and there is a lot of noise at night.

Where do i begin, Firstly there is no proper signage where the hotel is located, its near a pub, and no proper entrance, the staff handling the counter doesnt speak a word of english or bahasa, likely to be foreign, rooms are really dated and scary, when we stayed we were the only ones there, felt really insecure, pictures advertised are totally the opposite, would not recommend it.

The appearance is a little difficult to find. There are some restaurants downstairs. Since they only stayed for one night, they simply slept.

Not even provide mineral water and the room is dirty. Only two light in room and one spoiled. Same to toilet light also spoiled.

Ok for short stay A lot of restaurant around there Lotus is just opposite the hotel

Front desk very friendly, location very near to badminton court n shopping mall .Downstairs have restaurants. Satisfied with the stay for 2nights here

Too noisy

The room is 19㎡, but it is only about 10㎡. There is a road behind the king-size room, and vehicles pass by from morning to night, making a lot of noise. The other rooms have no windows. The sound insulation is very poor, with ordinary partitions, and you can hear people talking in the corridor very clearly. There are few people staying in the room. The price-performance ratio is not high. The linens and floor are worn out, like rags. It is convenient to eat around, but you need to take a taxi to go out, and public transportation is far away.
