Had a pleasant experience staying with the hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable, but overall it was a convenient, relaxing stay I would recommend for short trips.

Hotel is right in the heart of Chinatown directly opposite Pataling Street. Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. Pasir Seni LRT/MRT is also a short walk away. There are 2 Pacific Express Hotels in close proximity. This one is Chinatown and the other is the Central. Hotel check in/out was smooth and requires a RM50 refundable deposit. 3 elevators serving the floors. There is a restaurant next to the reception. I booked a standard twin and the room is of decent size. Was clean and smelt fresh. Coffee/tea and kettle provided. Carpet a bit worn but not an issue. House keeping was prompt daily and replenished coffee/tea and drinking water. Overall and excellent stay for the price paid.

The hygiene was terrible. The sheets were yellow. I asked the staff to change them, and the security guard just brought new sheets and expected us to change them ourselves. After changing them, we found the new sheets were still dirty.

Centre of Kuala Lumpur so easy to travel around KL. Convenient to travel by public transport instead of driving.. Near MRT pasar seni and LRT Plaza Rakyat.

It located near Chinatown streets, many food stalls and shop, the building is aged and room too, for short stay is ok.

Location is great , just Opesite the Chinatown main entrance , near to public transport , restaurants and attractions . Great place to eat and nice to explore at night . But there are noise almost all night for our 1st night . U can hear the noise of Heavy traffic outside, Vehicles passing till midnight , u can hear ppl yelling in the street in middle of of night . Light in bathroom is broke , it’s fix after request . But the surprise us with the door open when we back from our visit . So far the duty manager mention will follow up and get back to me for the investigation . So farthis is Value for money stay

This hotel is worth trying, you won't be disappointed. It's right opposite Petaling Street, which is a great location. Just a few dozen meters straight ahead, there's a tea house with absolutely delicious food. Seriously, go for it! Wow.

For a room priced at just over a hundred, this is pretty much what you'd expect. The location is genuinely excellent; it's within walking distance to popular attractions like Petaling Street, Merdeka Square, and Kwai Chai Hong. However, I have to complain about how incompetent the staff are. On my first day, there was no hand soap or shower gel. I asked them to refill both, but they only added hand soap and left. I didn't check, and sure enough, when I got back that night, there was still no shower gel. I went two consecutive days without shower gel! Also, they don't provide toothbrushes or slippers, so remember to bring your own if you stay here.

Its location is undeniably excellent, easily accessible from KL tower and the subway. However, the hotel itself is rather dirty, and the parking is extremely unsafe. There are many beggars in front of the hotel, so I wouldn't recommend it for a woman to stay alone. The service is also poor, mostly provided by foreign workers, whose attitudes are somewhat indifferent.

I like the place because its near to any shop will stay in this hotel again on my next trip❤️

Bilik okay kemas , bersih . Big space . Towels also bersih . Tapi air slow , and bertakung turun slow di shower. Reception very nice and friendly. Easy check in check out .

The room smelled quite bad, like stale smoke. I tried to ask the front desk if I could switch rooms, but they refused. I had to spray air freshener, but in the end, I just had to endure the unpleasant smell all night. There was nothing else I could do.
