Breakfast was good, small variety but not bad. Room is very small. Bed had marks every where. Toilet doesn’t have enough ventilation cause its so small. The room view wasn’t very pleasant.

Fast check in and check out. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast choice consider great which taste great also. I will come back here again next time.

I traveled with my children and the elderly, and we arrived quite late, at the early hours of the morning. The receptionist at the front desk was a girl of Indian descent. She was great at communicating and observing, and she had a smile on her face throughout the process. We checked in quickly. The room wasn't big, but it had a sense of design. From the overall layout to the small cards, there were clever little ideas everywhere. The next day, we took a stroll around the hotel and had breakfast. The public areas of the hotel had a modern and minimalist style, which was quite similar to the Rosewood Sanya, but there were more and more interesting artworks here. The variety of breakfast was quite good considering the price. It was delicate, and there were some delicious local dishes to taste. The hotel is very close to Jalan Alor. There are many places to eat around, and there are supermarkets like 7-Eleven, so it's generally very convenient. Actually, there were a lot of small details that made me satisfied, but I won't go into them. You can go and experience them for yourselves. As a hotelier with many years of experience, I'd still like to give this hotel a high rating of 4.5. When I come to Kuala Lumpur again in the future, I will still choose to stay at this hotel. Keep it up! Maintain your service standards! 拖家带口出行，抵达吉隆坡时已是凌晨，本以为会手忙脚乱，好在前台那位印度裔女孩的接待十分贴心。她沟通能力出色，察言观色，全程微笑服务，很快就帮我们办理好了入住。 房间面积不大，却胜在设计感满满，从整体布局到桌上的小卡片，处处藏着巧思，让人眼前一亮。第二天逛了逛酒店，享用早餐，公区是现代简约风，像三亚保利瑰丽酒店，但陈列的艺术品更多也更有意思，看得出酒店在这方面花了心思。 早餐精致，这个价位能尝到不少美味的本地菜品，性价比很高。酒店位置也极佳，离亚罗街近，周边美食众多，还有711这样的超市，出行、购物都很方便。 还有许多令人满意的小细节，就不一一列举了，等大家亲自来体验。作为一个在酒店行业摸爬滚打多年的人，我愿给这家酒店4.5的高分。以后再来吉隆坡，肯定还住这儿！希望酒店继续保持这样的服务水准，越来越好！

Very small room, but very clean and has all the basic amenities. Breakfast was ok, quite a lot of spicy food (maybe it was because of raya season?). It'd be better if they provide indoor slipper. It’s very near to Bukit Bintang Mrt Station (Exit A)

The hotel as a whole can be located in the center of the city center. There is a night market behind it, which is very convenient and hygienic. can stay in the future.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even during late-night hours. The location is also fantastic—just a short walk to Jalan Alor, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring the area.

Impressed about the hotel special decorating items. Quiet and clean environment comfortable in staying, iPad control of room facilities very convenient.

Warm welcome by ground staff. Friendly helpful front desk staff Kesh. Easy to self check in. Artistic layout at Ground Floor lobby and dining area. Lift access to rooms using room card: good security. Well carpeted & clean access to rooms. Nice room 627 layout. Clean utilities. King size bed to the wall with Jalan Alor view, Day and night blinds selection. Not very big room but good enough for movement of couple but might be small for big size persons. Hot water available for hotel guests 24/7, hence no kettle nor beverages in room, except 2 bottles of drinking water in very mini size fridge. Very IT oriented using tablet to control lighting and TV programs with variety of channels, night mood sound and colourful lighting controllable ambience. Day and night shower cream selection but hot water not working very well or rather too slow to heat up even after bathing by 2 persons. Wondering if heater is even working. Interesting internal door lock that’s very small. Hope it’s strong: didn’t challenge it but just trust that it’s working. Ironing available in ironing room but maybe not heating fast enough: no patience to wait. Hotel booking includes breakfast: Vegetarian breakfast requested via Trip.com during booking and reminder made during check in: nice vegetarian fried rice ( no onion, garlic nor egg). Just nice with the spread of salad, fruits, cereal varieties and hot beverages by barista: good breakfast to energise us for the day. Free car parking at L1 & L2, 2.1 m allows Maxus G10 to enter too, screened by hotel security by showing room key. Overall great experience staying in this affordable luxury hotel. We enjoyed our trip there. Location is walking distance away from pavilion but it takes around 15-20mins if you don’t mind. View is superb and room was clean. Would come back for sure

What a great Hotel, modern, full of great Art. Lovely young people managing the Hotel, so helpful, had many great conversations with them. Room was spotless, best nights sleep In a Hotel ever. Breakfast was just enough, some Asian dishes, breads, yogurt, cold meats, salad and Fruit. Great Barista coffee too. 5 Mins walk to Butik Bintang, Open top bus trip stop is opposite the Hotel. Will always be out go to when visiting KL again.

Everything is superb, great location, service, staff, environment. Special Thanks to the General Manager who greeted and assist us on check in/out which saves us lots of trouble as it was our first time here. Room was clean and techy, control the room with just one click without having to leave the bed was the best thing ever! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
