This hotel has a fantastic design, with a retro and quality feel reminiscent of Southeast Asian style. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Pavilion. The pool lounge is great, giving off a resort vibe, and you can even see the Twin Towers from there. They provide Balmain toiletries, and the breakfast is good. The only downside was that it was a bit too crowded during the Chinese New Year, making the service a bit slow.

The room was new and a decent size, and the minibar was complimentary. The sofa could accommodate a child up to 160cm tall as a bed. Breakfast was also good, but you needed to be seated by a server before getting food. I won't upload any photos as they are all available on the booking page.

Beautiful ambience and thoughtfully designed space. During our stay, we experienced an electrical issue, but the team responded promptly and upgraded us to a Twin Towers view room for our second night, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was good!

Excellent! They upgraded us to a suite with a fantastic view of the Petronas Towers at night. The room was spacious enough for the kids to run around, which was perfect for our family.

The staff service is at the top of the world, the location is excellent ,the restaurant service is very well, I am so satisfied with above all. The weakness is that the door did not block the sound very well,the mattress was too much sagging,so I didn’t sleep well during those days. Overall, I was satisfied. The hygiene could be improved, but the environment was good, and the hotel location was excellent for getting around. The service was quite good; both the front desk and the hotel restaurant had staff who could speak Chinese, so communication was not an issue.

Loved the wood floor and the service. The breakfast was great as well as the view. The bed was so soft and comfortable, big bonus. The cleanness could improve, there were stains in the bathroom corners. But overall love it.
