Was assigned to the upper bunk, which is a downside as I have mobility issues. Plus the ladder going up will give you a hard time to climb to your bed. The smell in the lobby is horrible.

It was a great experience! Everything was clean, the people were very kind and helpful and it's very well located.

Well-located, two helpful receptionists and good value for the price. The two room-cleaning staff are very efficient and reliable - sheets, pillows, towels, bathrooms are always clean and fresh. Only spoiler is some local who makes the reception area look like a homeless shelter by sleeping on the guest furniture all day every day when he's not tryng to sell the guests something.

Great stay! Fab location close to cheap eats & cafes, short walk to metro line for bus stations, Brickfields etc. in walking distance to Chinatown, Central Market, Bukit Bintang. Clean rooms, good AC, stable WiFi. Sam & Fizz were friendly & welcoming. Rooftop area + lobby for socialising. Would stay again.

The stay was quite comfortable I stayed in both room and the hostel both were good the guy on the reception fizz was quite helpful and informed about activities we need to do. The stay in Malaysia became easy with this hotel

Great place. Lobby with aircon and free coffee and tea. Staff is really nice. Dorms are comfortable, apart from the ensuite bathroom there are more bathrooms on the hallway which is nice.

It's perfect for those who are traveling alone and with a limited budget

Good service. Small room but OK. Near Chinatown. Lot of homeless around, women and child should come back to hotel before 9PM. Weak and unstable wifi, same is everywhere in Malay. Should come back after.

Well .. all I can say is .. Mr. Din is a very accommodating front desk staff ... I just stayed a one night ( march 29-30) only as I went to Singapore the next day ... I tried to book again for march 31-01,2023 ..but they are full ... I am terribly sad ...but it's okay.... I hope the services they provide will continue and be maintained. .. Definitely ..I will come back malaysia and stay with Hotel 1000 miles ..

Pathetic experience, no one was on reception and I waited for 1hr to get checked in. The room was too small and the mattress quality was very poor too.

Location is good within restaurants surrounding Just 5 minutes walk to MRT station but a bit far to China town Dorm is very clean and there is evelator for your convenience

The location of the hotel is extremely good. It's basically walking distance to almost all the most important locations of the city and easy access to the metro. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful. Cleanliness could be improved. Overall a very good stay.

Small and decent budget room. Hotel receptionist was very friendly. Would stay again! However, location was quite quiet at night.
