Strategic location for shopping (Sogo, Muaz, Nightmarket Jln TAR). The staff is very helpful. I will stay here again when I come to KL.

Comfort, strategic and well recommended for a rest and first option for staycation. Everything is just around the corner and very happy choose this hotel

Good location and comfortable stay

REPEAT booking because everything was great. the location near to shopping area, process for check in time was good. 

For traveller and business is worth

for a solo traveller like me..good enough for a nite or two..worth the money spent..easy to get around

The room 201 was clean and nice. There's a view on the twin towers, what is very beautiful especially at night. Wifi was working mostly good, only sometimes it was super slow, but not for long. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. The two problems we had are: The AC was not working properly. Even it was on 16°C, but it seems like there was not enough refrigerant gas inside because the air was not as cold as it's supposed to be. It was still pretty hot in the room especially when the sun hits the window from 10am to 2pm. And the other big down point was during the check in. We arrived to the hotel at 7am, and we were super tired. We booked a room with a window. But the receptionist wanted to give us a room without a window which is cheaper. We didn't agree, so he told us to wait till 3pm of we want to get a room with a window (to other people he told to wait till 3.30-4pm) even though the check in time is 2pm. And he gave us a reason saying that they were fully booked yesterday and the house keepers are busy (such a lame excuse. As if they need 3h to clean few rooms). Only when my wife was complaining loudly and being fussy, he let us check in at 2.24pm. Overall it's a good place to stay for few nights.

Easy and fast check in. Good customer service. Room clean and nice. Twice staying here during short business trip. The location is the best for food shopping etc.

Location is good, easy to find and access. Bus and train is within walking distance. Room is spacious. But there is only 1 plug point unless you dont mind using one in the toilet and from refrigerator. Wifi is good. Iron and water dispenser provided at main area.

The hotel was fine except for air con in the room I was assigned. Towel, pillow and bed were nice. The Lighting was very nice! Outlet by the bed! Aircon unit in room I was assigned was sluggish and shut off in the middle of the night. For the price it was good.

My book has confirmed but when i check in the room has fullbooked by others guest. Best luck for me Customer support trip.com give me best solution to find anoter hotel and help me refund my booking.

Bad experience for our family.. The air conditioner was freaking hot. We changed the initial room because of the broken air cond, but the new room’s air cond is terrible as well. The toilet’s door was broken and the toilet cannot be flushed. WiFi very poor weak connection.

only one issue.. the bed are not comfortable.. other thing superb
