Starus Hotel Bukit Bintang

I will never stay this hotel again. The room Is dirty and you can see many cockroaches in the room.

The location is very great but the service so so only, I went out the room after 6 hours I came back but my room not yet make up even I press the make up room.

The main draw of this hotel is the location. Conveniently located beside Alor Food Street and walking distance to the Bukit Bintang shopping centres like Pavilion, Sungei Wang, Fahrenheit etc. Cleanliness was good, I didn't see any cockroaches, bed bugs or ants during my 3 days and 2 nights stay there. Check in is strictly after 3pm. If you arrive earlier, you can do the paperwork first, leave your luggage at the hotel, proceed to sight see and when you come back you just have to pick up the cards and your luggage from the counter and go straight to your room. The lifts are protected. You've to scan your room card first on the left side of the lifts before you can press your room floor number. There is an empty mini fridge, hair dryer and safe in the room which is handy. The view is really nice from the room. There are supermarkets in Sungei Wang and Pavilion. The place is surrounded by massage parlours and pubs too. Recommend you to stay in this hotel if you want to experience KL's shopping, food and nightlife because you're literally right in the middle of it all. The only inconvenience is that only one small shampoo and body shower tube each were provided for two adults and the housekeeper didn't top up on the 2nd day. The same goes with tooth paste and toilet paper.

The staff were very helpful, and the location was very convenient. However, unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The walkway to the rooms had a bad smell, and the hotel room itself was not in very good condition. Some of the lights were not working, the toilet was not very clean, and the mould in the shower area was quite bad. I’m not sure if this hotel is really deserving of a 4-star rating. If it is, I believe the cleanliness and maintenance should be much better and more in line with what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

honestly, it was pretty near to night market. However, the problem was that it is located on the street with clubs and SW.

My room wasn't fully equipped. There were no towels, no floor mat for the bathroom, and no iron available. The room I stayed in also smelled like cigarette smoke. Honestly, it felt more like staying in an OYO hotel. I think **Sleeping Lion**, despite being a 3-star hotel, offers a better experience. But it's okay—I hope the management takes these issues into consideration and improves them in the future.

So much improvement than before..they checked in was smooth..the staff is professional and presentable to guess..facilities is updated..room is clean and comfortable..i feel comfortable to come again..location is great and accessible to public transport and attractions
