5/ 5PerfectI requested for higher floor, yes they gave the 50th floor with awesome view of Kg Baru & KL. Saw sunset from my room and it's amazing. Housekeeping & concierge is very helpful & knowledgeable. Since is under MCO, The SOP is very strict, all of my kids need to show their IC, lucky I have a copy inside my mobile.

4.7/ 5OutstandingThe Face Suites Kuala Lumpur The property is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur It's more like high-end serviced condo rather than hotel rooms Expect complete amenities including living dining kitchenette washer cum dryer and study We stayed at one bedroom grand premier suitable for 3 adults (comes with extra study room with single bed for the 3rd person) Our room was located at 48th floor letting us to enjoy bird's eye view of the city centre Unfortunately we are unable to access the infinity pool and skydeck area at the top floor (level 51) due to MCO Do take note that they no longer have klcc view as blocked by another building still under construction Do check your package entitlement as the receptionist seems not trained properly or have communication barrier. He / she may say your room is not entitled for breakfast or you only can choose between cold / hot drinks The breakfast set sent to your room during MCO and the portions are really huge Overall it's a good staycation even though for KL residents mainly because of the location and view

3.5/ 5The room is spacious, suitable for family gatherings or small events2 .. but then, in terms of cleanliness, it can probably be improved again because of the sandy floor .. if we have small children, mcm hmm .. that's fine .. other okay .. parking is plentiful and easy .. just clear the ticket at the klau counter nk out .. the room can be cooked, some dishes are ready .. complete! Thank you for the hospitality ..

Guests who have been vaccinated with AstraZeneca, Pfizer, or Sinovac must have received their second vaccination dose 14 days previously in order to be considered fully vaccinated. Guests who have been vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson or CanSino single dose vaccines must have been vaccinated 28 days previously in order to be considered fully vaccinated. Non-vaccinated dependents of 18 years old and below are only allowed to travel if from the same household.

We enjoyed the one day styacation. The location is perfectly in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. It's nearby to KLCC, Kampung Baru and Sogo. Unfortunately, many of the amenities were closed and the parking was scarce. The staff was not friendly.
