Great location, big room, and great view. But, bugs in the room, many different companies have access to the pool…so makes it very busy when it is sunny.

Overall guests were no comment with the stay but they prefer platinum 2 which is more comfortable

The owner is very approachable and reachable whenever we need something via Whatsapp. He assigned everything to his staff. The 2 bedroom accommodation is very near KLCC and other tourist attractions. The accommodation is complete with everything you need from the washing machine with detergent, umbrellas, drinking water, kitchen stove and more. They have iron as well and hair dryer. I can recommend that this is a very good accommodation.

Very nice service apartment with city center location. Easy access to tourist points and food stores. CS is helpful and mindful. Highly recommended.

My family stayed in the hotel for 7 days, they really enjoyed the service and they had pretty good experiences. Thanks for having us. Would really recommend u guys to try it. Definitely worth it!!!

Fast check in and out. Great location, great room with bathtub. I didn’t know there is bathtub. Stayed for 5pax, cleanliness not clean but nvm la this price is good enough. Don’t complaint much haha

The location is great, but as always there is one thing in the picture, in fact I added a photo. 1) There is no reception here, at all. Therefore, it is not possible to leave luggage before departure, so we rented another room nearby, where we left our luggage and went for a walk 2) I have never seen such "guards" anywhere. When you enter the pool, one stands at the entrance and demands that you put your card and prove that you can come here, and then he starts raising his voice. We brought water with us, we were told that water is not allowed. We came to work out in the gym, but it so happened that my wife is comfortable working out in Crocs, so he even came running and demanded that she change her shoes to sneakers, because she can't wear Crocs. There were only two of us in the gym. In general, very unpleasant people 3) Terrible pool. In the photo it looks cool! But in reality it is insanely cold. Lots of people! Always. And, simply incredibly *******, "security", who constantly find fault with something. Are you wet after the pool? They won't let you out until you dry off. 15 minutes left until closing? Let's arm ourselves with whistles and start yelling at people in a crowd and driving them out of the pool like cattle. 4) The room is very old. Maybe when the photo was taken, it was good, but now it looks abandoned - everywhere you just need to fix something, fix it, wash it, put it in order, but here they did it and forgot. The windows have a beautiful view, they never washed it like the whole room, they just wiped it with a rag from above and that's enough. In general, it's bad.
