Easy access to Sg Wang plaza , lot10, plaza low yat, pavilion KL , small room , bed already spoil , noisy because soundproof not good and near main road

The reception sooo badd! The service so so low, I checkout 5am cuz i wanna go airport actually and no one served us during checkout!! SERVICE IS SO VERY VERY VERY LOWW SORRY

The bed is hard and broke down adn we can feel the spring directly very hard and hurting back

Very convenient location.
Not much expectation tho.. as it is not a 5 stars hotel..
But do expect these when you wanna stay here..
The room was not soundproof.. can hear the noise from the hallway & from the street..
There was a cold & hot water dispenser available near the lobby lift but it was not working and there were cockroaches in the hallway & in the room.. 😅😅
The management may need look into the maintenance of the water dispenser and have proper pest control..

The hotel area got quite a number of shopping stall and food selling. Behind the hotel just walk 7 mins will be able to reach Berjaya Time Square.
At the front entrance of the hotel. Walking to pavilion mall just 10 - 12 mins.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and space to move around.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. However, one downside was that the towels had a slight smell, which could be improved for a better guest experience.
Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price, especially if you prioritize location and room size over minor details.

I had an amazing stay at Bitz Bintang Hotel Kuala Lumpur! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to shopping, dining, and attractions. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to KL. Highly recommended! 😊
