Superb value for money. Really nice staff and, super clean room and facilities. We were given complementary drinks and room shoes. :) Would love to stay there again. The only thing that as room for improvement is the breakfast. For an occidental couple, we didn't get much variety. Other than that, simply perfect 👌

My third time staying in this great hotel. Spacious, clean room with city view, helpful and friendly front desk, rich breakfast and accessible to shopping mall, eateries and MRT station, strongly recommended for travellers in Cheras.

Off city centre but just right beside EkoCheras Mall, not too bad. The hotel toilet is also quite small. No lock. Not friendly for family members staying together.
The shower water is also unstable, sometimes cold sometimes hot. Please improve!!!

Got room with nice view. Overall was satisfied. The room, the food, the services. Hotel staff also nice to us. Not to crowded eventho in weekend. Very recommended.

The location is very close to the playground, shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants. MRT is nearby, Very suitable and convenient.
In terms of the hotel, the customer service staff is very friendly. The design of the room is not very ideal for hotel accommodation. Especially the toilet door and the washing area are too close to each other so that they cannot be used at the same time. Once the door is opened, it will disturb the other washing. There is no air conditioning in the corridor and elevator, which is a bit stuffy.
The bed is very comfortable, and it is suitable for children. It is not suitable for three people to choose a single bed, which is too small. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiful, and the children also like it.

Baby cot provided. Bathroom door stuck cannot fully open. Toilet bowl cover broken. Attach to shopping mall, very conviniece.

The location is good which is nearby emo Cheras mall. Overall is nice just the toilet have some odour, probably from the drain.
Amenities is quite nice, it would be perfect if there is worker or lifeguard at pool area!

It was a brief yet pleasant stay.
Comfy mattress, clean & well maintaned room.
The place and ambience are very clean and contemporary - young and relaxed feel - with good WiFi connectivity.
Hotel staffs were exeptional, from front desk also housekeeping.
I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!
