Very dirty Cockroaches everywhere Dirty bed with stain

Facilities: No hairdryer, no disposable slippers, no toothbrush, toothpaste, or paper cups. The Wi-Fi on the third floor is terrible; either you can't connect or there's no network. There is a small refrigerator? A small safe? What's the point of those? Cleanliness: The Wi-Fi is better after moving to the second floor, but there are always cockroaches of all sizes on the tables and walls. There are inexplicable black spots and stains on the blankets, sheets, and pillows—it's generally unpleasant. Environment: The environment is okay, but the sofa on the first floor is practically worn out with obvious stains. Service: The waiter speaks broken English, making it difficult to understand him, but he's quite prompt when you need insecticide, a room change, Wi-Fi repair, or to renew your subscription. In short, I wouldn't recommend it. Well, at domestic low-end prices, how good can it be abroad?
