Hotel located in prime area and spacious rooms. But no lobby available for waiting. No lobby boy available for shifting luggages and guiding the room location.Sometimes reception is empty without receptionist. No storage area is available in case if you want to checkout and wait.

my booking was registered to be 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, but i was given 2 queensbed instead.
When i asked for it to rectified, i was told no other suite are available and that the service apartment was fully booked.

There are cockroaches in the room, the hygiene is very poor, the sheets, quilts, pillows and pillows are all black. After staying for two days, they don't clean and change the supplies. It's too rubbish.
