The location is great, walking distance to LRT and MRT Pasar Seni, Central Market, Petaling Street. The staff is friendly. The room is so spacious, but only with basic amenities.

The hotel is good, location is the best, right in front of Metro Station, Paser Seni. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Hotel is clean as well.
But it has following problems:
1. No TV connections
2. No comb available
3. Light switches doesn’t work from bed side, so every time I have to get up and go to the switches to turn on or off the lights.
4. All rooms were non-smoking.

Location is very close to train station, very convenient to travel around. Air con took awhile to cool the room down. All's good!

this hotel overall all okay, staff very friendly can check in vary fast, but however when I come out from the lift or from the room there is some bad smell at the lobby, hopefully the management can look on it.
