Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve encountered..even budget hotel is better than this..it’s a 4 star hotel with no mini bar in the room..iron station outside the room for 4 star hotel? Stuffed carpets..my husband got rashes when he work up the next day..there’s also stains on the ceiling shows signs of leakage that’s makes the room have musty smells..i sprayed my room spray twice..I’ve stayed at various ranges of hotel rating..from budget to 5 star..but this so called 4 star hotel provides far more worst service than a budget hotel..we will definitely not coming back to this hotel..we might as well add some more to stay at 5 star hotel..

This is my first time staying at a hotel. The hotel's location is convenient, close to shops. The cleanliness of the hotel is good, but the room lighting is insufficient. Additionally, the front desk reception seemed understaffed, resulting in a slow check-in and check-out process, especially when there are many people."

The location is good . But the hotel breakfast really not worth the money . And the breakfast not family friendly too.
Check in process is slow. But other than that, rooms are very very spacious.

An overpriced hotel for wardrobe sized rooms.
The hotel makes you feel like being in a hostile environment where everything you do will get you charged for not follwoing their requirement. One of the weird rule is a RM 500 fine if you open the windows of the room you paid to stay in..weird feeling.
