Good location, but the room is super old. It’s quite bad. The bathroom is flooded. Managed by Indians, whom just give the keys to us at the lobby. Believed to be Airbnb kind. Will not stay again!

Bed sheet and towels were not clean and old 😫

The hotel is great.

Service sangat teruk, staff foreigner sombong dan marah2 bila lambat collect kunci disebabkan kami parking di G . Saya jgak rasa tertipu..semasa booking, ingatkan hotel rupanya apartment yg hnya menggunakan nama hotel. Perlu buat tambahan bayaran pula untuk kanak-kanak. Sebelum ni check in bermacam2 jenis hotel tak da pulak bayaran tambahan untuk kanak-kanak dibawah umur. Paling x boleh terima ialah layanan staff tersebut terhadap customer. Ya la kan,dah dapat duit layan kami macam kami ni merempat pulak. Dah la jadi mahal, baik kami cari hotel yang benar2 hotel, bukan menggunakan nama hotel semata2 tanpa perlu tambah bayaran semasa nak chec in. Mula 2 booking memang harga murah dalam rm 170+,tapi semasa nk check in kna tmbah bayaran utk kanak-kanak. Breakfast pula harga lain..aku x kisah sangat pasal breakfast sbb mmg x pilih pun nak breakfast dihotel, memaang 1st and last la aku booking. Total smua hampir cecah 400 utk 1 malam , baik aku booking hotel yg memang hotel di iktiraf n yg service lagi terbaik boleh aku dapat.. kecewa betul aku. Bad service!!

The old apartment has a bathtub and hot water with a spacious bathroom, there is a portable cooler, dishes, spoons without a stove, for a price of 100 to 120rm, it's worth it. If the rate is more than 150rm, it's better to choose another apartment, there are still many better ones, by chance you got room no. A 38-17 closed has turned yellow and the room door after being closed tightly and locked can sometimes still be opened without using a key, which is very dangerous... I have reported this condition, hopefully there will be an improvement. The location is next to the hotel and below there is a mall. There are swimming pool and sauna facilities but at that time the information was damaged.
