unfortunately , next building was under construction, couldn't sleep late from morning .Overall was okay

Me and husband so many time booking this hotel & stay for long period time here if we go for holiday in KL. The room was very clean & more comfortable . Overall i'm satisfied with the service from welcomer very polite always greet us & the staff reception counter also nice treat us. Process check in very2 smooth here so far we dont have problem with that. When we need help from our room & call the staff, the staff very fast response. So far, We are so happy stay with this hotel. This will be our fav hotel everytime holiday in KL. Good service & keep it up!

Room with 2nd or 3rd hand smoking smell, even though the floor entrance said no smoking. The smell made me feel sick. Luggage storage and location is a plus for those travel ro kl sentral.

Perfect location, fast check in check out. Hair dryer and kettle with coffee provided, iron provided outside sharing basis. Air conditioning works perfectly, good shower pressure , worth the price. No parking provided you have to find it outside and it’s a busy road esp on weekends but u can park at Sentral hotel infront - flat rate Rm6

We really like the services there. The man at the counter was so friendly and helpful .Room is very clean

Location is very good. Other than that depend on the room you pay. But if you want a comfort, you could find another properties. We just stopped by here for a night before moving to another place.

Overall the hotel satisfied me. only spent 1 night there. Staffs friendly and kind. My room is well prepared but there's no iron. Near the mall and city centre also convinience to get public transport too

Stayed for 1 night to catch a train to the airport, rooms was neat and tidy. Aircond spilling or dripping water but still manage to make the room cold. Water pressure was acceptable. Nearby to eateries, very chaotic during the night but not too noisy after 11pm Recommended
