Impiana KLCC Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located in town with easy access to the KLCC-Bukit Bintang walkway. Walking around the Pavilion area is a breeze. Room is reasonably clean but dated.

The service was immaculate and the staff were helpful; however, the bedding was not properly dried, and the quilt cover had a bad smell.

Great Hotel for a reasonable price. The location is top notch. Opposite the convention center with the underground walkway just around the corner to all bit KLCC malls. Breakfast was good and the selection decent. All amenities were great. A little outdated, at least my room, but I could definitely ignore it, given the fact that was only in my room to sleep at night. I would book this hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable but the temperature control was unsatisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to adjust it, the room remained at an uncomfortably warm, room temperature. While the breakfast selection itself was adequate, the 40-minute wait to be seated was unacceptable and reflects poor crowd management. Furthermore, scheduling the café’s renovation from 1st to 5th May was a poor decision. Doing so during a long weekend and rain rave festive period significantly impacted guest experience and contributed to the delays.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel due to it’s strategic location. Level 4 has direct access to the skybridge connecting KLCC & Pavilion Bukit bintang. I have been a fan of its spacious room, however this time around I got an old room /not gone for renovation yet, the toilet door is out of track same goes to its wardrobe. The teabag is left opened, when I check in no replacement in two day of my stay. The pantry is so dry. I hope they can improve the old room like the rest at the 8th floor room king bed.

The view is lovely, the breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options, and the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained.
