Reviews of Lotus Hotel Masjid India

I recently stayed at Lotus Hotel and found it to be quite comfortable for both short and long stays. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous, and the location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions and transport. It’s a good value for the price, and I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a simple and pleasant stay.

This is my stay in KL place. Location is the best near many amenities and also a metro station nearby. Easy to get around city centre too

Well it's a last minute booking, since i arrived a little late from my layoff trip from ipoh. This is the second time I'm staying at this property cos it's very close to the LRT masjid jamek.. Nice I booked a single room V-spacious everything works.. Except for the house keeping abit lacking floors in the room a little bit dusty my feet were v-quickly blackened & strangely the soap dispenser was totally empty of any content in the bath room.. Besides that everything was fine I'm happy with the property v-close to many eateries & public transport.. Keep up the good work 👍😉Lotus hotel.. In the future I'm sure to stay there again..

We were truly impressed with the hotel, especially with the thoughtful touches like providing mineral water and biscuits. We absolutely loved it! The option for a late checkout at 1 PM, subject to availability, was a nice bonus. Receptionist John was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. If you visit, don't miss the Presiden Curry House, just 50 meters away. It offers a variety of delicious dishes—be sure to try their nasi kandar and maggi goreng! The hotel's location is perfect, right in front of the Masjid Jamek LRT station, making commuting to work a breeze. We would definitely choose to stay here again whenever we want to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Masjid Jamek. The hotel feels safe as it's located right next to the main road. Although the furniture is a bit dated, it's perfect for those who aren't too fussy. Overall, we just love this hotel!

I booked a 4th night , which was my last night here .. In Conclusion : Cleanliness - The hotel is clean , no funny smells ,they spray a perfume scented air freshener in the corridor. The room is clean , didn't encounter any bugs or anything of the sort , only downside (and quite detrimental) was the bedding which has seen better days . Location : Good location , easy access to public transport , restaurants , convenience stores. And the shopping street is just outside the door . Service : Great , the front desk and room service guys were all polite and ready to help. Amenities- Bathroom -Only Shower gel (I think as I didn't use ) and tissue are provided . Kettle , tea cup ,water glass ,coffee , sugar , creamer , a bottle of water and biscuits are provided , I liked the chocolate flavoured and coconut flavoured ones .

Great location. The room was nice and sufficient for me because I barely spent any time in the room. One soap dispenser for both handwashing and showering.

Pros - Superb location (near to transportation nodes, attractions, 24hrs indian muslim eateries, 24hr convenience stores) - Smart TV - High super single comfy bed - good room size for 1 pax - Body soap dispenser - Electric kettle - Ironing board outside Cons - Very weak WiFI (lost connection too many times) - No complimentary oral care package - No shampoo dispenser - No nearby laundromat (but you could use the metro line to travel to one that's right beside the station) - grimy shower area Verdict The Smart TV was a pleasant surprise but the WIFI isn't reliable enough for a steady connection. You will get disconnected from the WIFI too many times. I stayed in room 402. I'm not sure if the other rooms have a similar WIFI problem. This place, like any budget hotel is only suitable for just resting as 2/3 of the time you will be outside exploring. The place is located right in front of the metro lines which means it is the perfect place to not stay in the hotel other than sleeping and showering.

Extended one night before the start of the new week, honestly everything was alright.. except the noises coming out from the Air-Con but overall it was pleasant.

The staff were amazing n helpful. Location is great, 1 minutes to metro station. Daily complimentary package of biscuit, tea, coffee n brown sugar... Keep up the great service, For sure will return again.

Friendly positive staff, couldn't be better located right outside the public transport station, been to Malaysia many times and this was the best place I've stayed at a budget price point, exceptional small hotel , absolutely nothing to criticise,

Near to Lrt station ...walking distance less than 5 minites...really convenient as lots of restaurants n supermarkets nearby....my stay everytime travel to KL.....near to Central Marker n banks
