Leo Express Hotel

All that was positive about this hotel was only the reception staff. They were friendly. They let me leave my luggage while I was at the embassy. And I am very grateful to them for that! The hotel is located opposite the road junction, so it is very noisy. The building and rooms are very old and very dirty. The kettle wasn't working. But there was a cooler with cold and hot water in the corridor opposite the elevator, so it didn't upset me much. If I used the sink, it flooded the toilet floor. I hope my feedback will be useful. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after booking, so it was too late. You will also need to make a deposit - 50 MYR

I used to stay at a few 3 stars hotel in KL during my visit but i think this hotel is the worst. So if anyone is planning to stay more than 2@3 days at hotel, you better look for other hotel which is better. On my first day at the hotel, the aircond was not functioning hence i need to change to other room. Luckily the staff was very polite and professional so I managed to get a better room. Please be inform that this hotel does not have a tag at the door which to mention "do not disturb or please clean my room". So every day the housekeeping staff will go to your room to clean it. Personally to me, i found that it is so annoying as it also will disturb your me-time at the hotel. After that, there was an incident whereby the electricity was turned off for about an hour in the midnight. Luckily I didn't bring kids with me otherwise it will be a nightmare for people who are travelling with infants. The aircond is very old type aircond. I hope their management will upgrade the aircond..and TV in the room is only as a display.. u can't switch on to watch the tv as there is no signal.. *sigh*

The front desk staffs are really helpful fantastic.

Tbh, I'm not satisfied with the hotel. Book for several days but only managed to stay for 1 night. Ofc, the rest day payment were burnt. If you're can tolerate with the incense stick smell you gonna be okay there. It quite hard to get halal food there. If you come with family or someone on wheelchair, I'm not recommending this hotel as the elevator is small.

Easy to find but limited parking. The process of check in very smooth. Overall is good. To improve, please provide mineral water in the room.

Disappointed! Totally different from advertised. No amenities. Very dirty all over. Blood stains all over the walls. Toilet shower not working. Water hose broken. Bed sheet was with stains and patches. Located directly in front of flyover and so noisy with cars passing by. Nearby karaoke was so loud till 2-3am. Didn’t bother to take more photos. Initially wanted to take and show to the reception but second thought, forget it as not that they would care. True enough! Highlighted to reception upon check-out and the respond was smiling only. Stay away from this hotel if you want peace and comfortable stay.

I love the location and the design but the sink is a bit dirty. But the price is so good
