105sqm for a 1 bedroom apartment. This place was spacious, modern, and comfortable. Deep soaking tub in the large bathroom. Long balcony for evening sitting. Big pool and a few hot tubs for relaxing. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing as it's a cafe voucher rather than a buffet. Overall, this place was worth spending a little extra for.

Stayed here for the 4th or 5th time. This time we stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. Spacious, nothing flashy but all the amenities are provided for. Location is convenient, lots of food places around, Pavilion is about 8 minutes walk away. Our to-go place to stay in KL.

The residence was very nice and facilities were perfect. Staff was very helpful. The only negative point I had were the cockroaches in the appartement. I found 1 or 2 everyday, I think because of the gap in the front door. If they would place a door seal the problem would be solve. And they need to mop ar vacuum a more, a lost of dust

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of KLCC, within walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers, Pavilion, and Chinatown. The rooms are incredibly spacious and equipped with home appliances such as a washing machine, dryer, induction cooktop, and refrigerator, making it perfect for travelers in transit. The common areas feature an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and gym. The only drawback is that some in-room facilities show signs of age, like the wardrobe light that won't turn off, which is likely due to the hotel opening some time ago.

I won't embarrass the hotel again so please read my detailed feedback on Google review of our disappointing stay. The review date is 3rd July 2026.

I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling. The hot water wasn't hot, communication was difficult, and the service was really bad. They even came to my room at 12 PM to rush me out and basically kick me out, threatening to deduct 270 MYR for a late check-out.

The front desk staff were unhelpful. Even though I didn't consume anything in the room, they insisted on a mandatory deposit. Check-out and room inspection took a long time. However, the room itself was decent, but the soundproofing was poor. The surrounding neighborhood was nice.

Everything fine. The only things is that if u request for extra bed there will be an extra charge per day used.

One of the best stays due to the location and spaciousness. However, since it’s a slightly older hotel, the rooms could use some deep-clean to remove the dust. But overall would recommend.

Excellent excellent location, amenities, ambiance and people. It begins with a top class security that is client friendly and looks after your well being and holds the door before you get there. There is a sense of excellence with everyone I encountered. From security, bus boy, front desk, and cleaners. The pool and facility is cleaned and well maintained. Close to the train at head of street and when I was in bed I can fall asleep with the KL tower lights to my room

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I lost my phone here, and in over a decade of global travel, I've never encountered such a dishonest hotel, not even at motels or budget inns. Here's what happened: I checked out at 11:30 AM, left my luggage at the front desk, and went to Pavilion for lunch. While eating, I remembered I'd left my backup phone on the bed. I didn't worry much about it at the time, thinking I'd just grab it when I went back for my luggage. Around 1:30 PM, I returned to the hotel and told the front desk about my phone. They didn't immediately let me go up to retrieve it, making me wait downstairs for almost twenty minutes. I got impatient and mentioned I had a flight to catch, which is when they finally sent someone up with me. Once we got to the room, it had already been cleaned, and my phone wasn't on the bed. I immediately called my backup phone, and it was off. I instantly told them that their cleaning staff must have taken it, as I was 100% sure my phone was fully charged the night before. Several staff members stood there, chattering away, insisting they hadn't taken it. Because I had a flight, I quickly left my email and departed. I tried contacting them via email afterward, but nothing was resolved, and they stopped replying to my inquiries. This experience was utterly disappointing. If I hadn't had a flight to catch, I would have definitely called the police. If you plan to stay at this hotel, make sure you don't let their housekeeping enter your room, and secure all your valuables!
