Lift malfunction on the arrival day, we had to bring all of our belongings to the car and go back down to lobby from carpark 3rd floor. Security staff also were not friendly at all. The staff said she dont know why and she cannot do anything. After a while, once we got into our house, open the main door straight away we can see some cloth (pant) on the kitchen table. Baby cockroach all over the kitchen floor. Then tv also is not working, for some reason, there is no display or some sort of it. Refer to the staff, but they only send the video of the same procedure. The pressure for toilet flush not strong enough. Rm150 deposit upon arrival, (which not mention initially) if paid using QR pay will be return in the next 3 working days after checked out.
Other than that, everything were just ok, i can say. Sorry i forgot to snap photo because me and my kids were so tired of waiting and wondering here and there because of the malfunction lift.
Next time, please get one of your staff, to check the house right before the next guest checked in.
