Service was okay, but the only issue was there were no towels. Had to wait until morning. Everything else was great, excellent!👌

The lift was not working. Had to bring my own luggage up. There was no towel provided. However location is ok.

We keep extending staying here, due to price is reasonable, room is clean and convenient to travel any where, due to near KL Sentral, just walking distance, a lot of foods and tourist spot. Nice!!

Great & Affordable stay. Location was ok. I did self Check in and check out. Bed linen was very clean. If you are looking for budget friendly stay please go ahead with your booking . But you will surely get less amenities.

I stayed for one night in February 2026. I took the express train from the airport and got off at Central Station. I was navigating with my phone, but it died almost immediately. I asked a street vendor for directions, but she pointed me in the complete opposite direction of the hotel. I asked many people for help, but everyone gave me different directions. I ended up walking for an hour with my suitcase. They charged a 50 MYR deposit at check-in. The bed sheets were very dirty, full of wrinkles, and had a large dead insect on them. There was no hairdryer or amenities in the room at all. The front desk staff ignored me when I greeted them.

Not bad. Self check-in and check-out were available, and the front desk staff helped me out. She was very friendly and enthusiastic.

I stay with my friend for 1 night . The room is ok but the hotel dont provide soap if you want to take A Bath . You should bring it yourown

No kettle provided in my room for boiling water, only one cool water purifier on a sharing basis for all occupants in the floor that I stay . Get hot water from the lobby at the ground floor. Very inconvenient indeed.

I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. For the same price, there are much better options right nearby. Here’s what disappointed me: The room is extremely small — though I’ll admit this is mentioned in the listing. However, upon arrival (around 10:30 PM), I was exhausted and just wanted to rest, but there were no towels, no soap, and no toothbrush or toiletries at all. I had to go downstairs to ask for towels — and even then, they forgot to give them to me. Nothing else was provided either. It only got worse from there. There’s no remote control for the air conditioner, so you have to get out of bed, turn on your phone flashlight (because the buttons are impossible to read in the dark), and manually adjust the temperature. On top of that, the AC works poorly — some functions don’t work at all. The bedding had holes and didn’t look fresh or clean. The pillows were tiny, thin, and there were only two — completely uncomfortable. And the cherry on top? You can hear the elevator through the wall very clearly — it ran all night long. I have high-quality earplugs, and even those couldn’t block out the noise. Overall — a terrible place to stay. Avoid it.

Excellent location! It's near two metro stations, the monorail, and the train station, which you can use to get to the Batu Caves. The hotel is in the Little India area of the city center, surrounded by tons of cafes (I particularly recommend Chennai Coffee and Mamak Cafe). They offer self-check-in, or there's a friendly woman at the front desk during the day. The room has a shower and air conditioning; I think there was a TV, but I don't watch it, so I'm not entirely sure. After checking out, they let us store our luggage. For the price, it's exactly what you need.

Good hotel, 10-15 minutes from the train station. You can walk to the city center, and there are 4 Indian temples nearby, plus many inexpensive places to eat. Check-in took only a couple of seconds, and the staff was always present. You can leave your luggage for free. In the corridor, there's a water cooler with hot and cold water, and an iron with an ironing board. There were no issues with hot water. It was very quiet. The linen was old but perfectly clean. I'm happy with this place.
