Furama Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Smelly rooms, service hot and miss even if you give specific instructions. There was no hot water available for a day without any prior notice. It’s not a 4-star hotel as it’s claimed. Beds are not comfortable. Drinking glass not available and a whole floor shares one water dispenser.

Had a really enjoyable stay here! Everything was well prepared from the moment we arrived. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, the reception staff were friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The water pressure was great, and having free parking was definitely a bonus. The biggest plus is the location. There’s a covered walkway connecting to the mall, and it’s only a short walk to Zepp Kuala Lumpur, which made it super convenient for attending a concert without worrying about traffic or parking. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re planning to catch a concert at Zepp KL. We’d happily stay here again!

Good location and spacious room. Easy check in and out. Staff offered to extend our check out until 2pm. Water dispenser at the lift lobby was helpful. Housekeeping team on 20th floor is great. They kept our room clean, fresh and tidy. We felt very welcome everyday after returning from full day of exploration.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. Everything was smooth during my stay. Would definitely come back again.

I have stayed in room 1106 for 3d2n Pros: the room is very spacious Cons: 1) the shower head is squeaky if you turn to the max 2) the ceiling is dripping water above the sofa in the living room, on second night I woke up to see a wet sofa 3) there were bed bugs and unfortunately I got bitten during my sleep (there were more than 4 bed bugs) (or maybe cockroaches?) We needed assistance for self check out.

I had a wonderful stay at Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and popular attractions around Bukit Bintang. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the overall facilities were well maintained. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I look forward to staying here again.

This is our 2nd time staying here at Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang ❤️ Our first stay was wonderful and our 2nd stay was even better 😘 Our Executive room with a beautiful city view was the perfect setup for a relaxing vacation. We want to give a special thank you to "Sir Nomi at the front desk for his excellent assistance in upgrading us to this room. Exceptional service💯❤️ The location is perfect for us since Lalaport is right nearby , and there's connecting bridge from the hotel. Personally, i think Lalaport offers the best view of Merdeka 118, especially if you go up to the rooftop garden.The views there are highly Instagrammable 📸 👌 The food in the executive lounge was great, with many selections available and unlimited coffee. It was also less crowded during the breakfast buffet. The two staff members, Sir Rahman and Mam Selvi, were very helpful and prompt in assisting us during breakfast. Sir Tafo, who worked on the evening refreshments , was very friendly and pleasant with our special son. I really appreciate him being so patient and accommodating. I will definitely book the Executive Club again for our next visit in your hotel. It was a superb experience😍
